Pea protein powder can be added to cereal foods as a nutrient fortifier, such as bread, cakes, noodles, nutritious rice noodles, and can also be added to western meat products such as ham sausage and red sausage as a meat substitute.
Application: Widely used in pet foods, instead of soy bean protein isolate. Additive quantity is about 15~20%, but limit for soy bean protein isolate is 5%. Adding pea protein isolate can reduce production cost.
